Felix P. Nater Speaks at the Healthcare Education Seminar Held by the IAHSS Delaware River Valley Chapter, November 17, 2022

I spoke about the Healthcare Reform Act’s expectation from a workplace violence prevention focus relative to delivery of care and delivery of care services and the opportunity for the healthcare community to reduce at risk conditions and situations inherent in the current delivery of care services.  Specific examples were given to explain contributing factors, root causes and outcomes. Unresolved delivery of care services can be viewed as a critical unintentional consequences of customer service and patient/family interactions.  Paul Sarnese and Melissa Jones delivered two outstanding sessions
