• Retired, United States Postal Inspector with approximately
30 years of criminal, civil & security investigative experience
& Crime Prevention Methodology with letters of commendation.
• Spearheaded Workplace Violence Interdiction Investigations;
served as a member a Threat and Crisis Management Team recommending
prevention, risk abatement measures and implemented initiatives to the United States
Postal Service.
• Participated in numerous major criminal investigations,
served as Task Force Leader and program manager for Public Information,
Training & Recruitment and Threat Management.
• Since incorporating, has delivered numerous security consulting services and training projects
to government, corporate, universities & non for profit organizations
on workplace violence and security awareness and education.
• Conducted one hundred-twenty five Vulnerability Security
Audits for the Postal Service.
• Participated as a team of subject matter expert in producing a workplace violence prevention video for security officers with PSTN.
• Assisted a prime contractor as a subcontractor in writing Workplace Violence Prevention Guidelines for a major state organization.
• Was keynote speaker at a major background screening conference and delivered several key presentations.
• Trained in Workplace Violence Prevention, Crisis Negotiation Conflict Resolution
& Mediation the Process.
• Designed a Customer Service Security Seminar for Security Officers at the New York Hall of Science.
• Testified in numerous federal, state, local criminal and administrative
hearings.
• Conducted training and lectures in Aspects of Workplace Violence
Prevention and Security Awareness Seminar for thousands of employees of the government, corporations, law enforcement agencies, educational institutions, chambers of commerce and other organizations.
• Developed a Violence Interdiction Concept that employs a “Plain Talk–Solid
Situational Approach Concept” to threat management and conflict
resolution.
• Demonstrated efficiency in working with union organizations to help mitigate the threat of workplace violence.
• Instrumental in developing Leader-Based Desktop Crisis Management Scenario Training
to sustain postal management’s crisis
response management plans for the Long Island
and Queens Postal Districts.
