Nater Associates, Ltd. has been assisting organizations provide for a safe and secure workplace for the past 17 years.   • provided workplace violence prevention and security-consulting services for a variety of organizations to help develop and implement specific strategies to address their unique workplace security needs and program development
  • completed a comprehensive critical vulnerability assessment and security audit of 125 USPS Offices and Plants on Long Island
  • conducted workplace violence prevention and security assessments that helped identify gaps in existing security posture at manufacturing, processing and plants and other organizations
  • conducted an assessment and evaluation of a children’s museum security operations for the purpose of designing and presenting a customer service awareness program for security officers
  • developed a storyboard for a video training program on the Role of Security Officers in Preventing Workplace Violence
  • conducted a safety – security assessment of 11 customer service offices for a healthcare insurance provider and helped implement several risk mitigation measures
  • designed and instructed a corporate mail-room security and mail handling operations training program for a major defense contractor
  • assisted a midsize beverage processing and distribution organization improve their capability to conduct their own workplace violence investigations more efficiently
  • provided project management and outsource security advisory support  for organizations experiencing a variety of personnel security issues
  • provided subject matter expertise in drafting Workplace Violence Prevention Guidelines for a major prime contractor
  • made it possible for organizations with employee shift challenges to receive specialized training in Aspects of Workplace Violence Prevention and Security Awareness
  • served as a subject matter expert in presenting desktop simulation exercises and facilitator led panel discussions on various topics at national, regional and local conferences
