• Workplace Violence Prevention Consulting to help provide organizations ongoing assistance and support implementing and managing worksite specific workplace violence prevention strategy, conducting worksite specific critical vulnerability assessments to identify potential gaps and vulnerabilities and risk factors threatening people, property and premises and identify appropriate risk mitigation measures. Training the workforce on aspects of workplace violence prevention and conducting workplace violence incident assessments and investigations.
• Workplace Security Consulting to help organizations integrate and collaborate organizational resources cost effectively and efficiently, conducting independent assessments of existing emergency preparedness plans to insure proper planning, integration, coordination and execution in response to a workplace violence, domestic violence or terrorist threat.  In the end the objective of which is to help organizations establish a baseline from which to identify shortcomings and vulnerabilities to insure all security programs are properly integrated and meeting expectations.
• Security Awareness and Training Workshops to insure workplace violence prevention and workplace security objectives are understood at every level and integrated into the organization’s risk management plans. To achieve this level of awareness, we conduct tiered segmented training that addresses audience specific content designed to address specific needs, expectations and responses in preventing and responding to workplace violence or an act of terrorism.
• Threat Assessment and Litigation Support Services to provide organizations technical guidance in assessing and investigating threats and incidents of violence and offer expertise in helping conduct, assess, evaluate and review employee and third party workplace violence investigations and if needed provide litigation support at hearings and other tribunals.
• Outsource Security Adviser Services to help organizations implement and integrate security plans, provide technical assistance, guide and direct the security process before, during and after an emergency situation and when needs might dictate provide direct onsite intervention.
