Business Philosophy
Do not grow the business around numbers of client engagements, prospects or billable hours and days; instead offer value, stickiness and independence based on results & performance.
Focus will be on broadening on the nature of client work, the reputation I am building helping clients attain long-term results, and the widening application of my expertise and experience.
Increase profitability not revenue; quality not quantity.
Increase revenue while decreasing overhead.
Predetermined financial results are only one indication of success. It’s the ability to meet long-term, predetermined goals that dictates the true measure of ultimate financial success.
Review our execution of risk to solidify relationships and reassure clients and prospects of our capabilities and reinvestment in them.
Realizing that potential opportunities that may surface as a part of my practice that while not a core product or service fits within the business model and plans, I will accept the opportunity for future development.
Understand the need to retain current clients while marketing existing products and services to others and them as well.
Support the client’s needs by identifying factors that impede, interfere or prevent the client from fully implementing recommendations that fit their goals & objectives.
Be a general value to the client by being resourceful in aiding them in other areas not security related.

Core Principles
We will undertake consulting assignments that result in the direct resolution and involvement of a client in enhancing its security posture by containing costs and improving operations in reducing problems.
We will assist in the improvement of the security education process and understanding down to the lowest level of employee to realize the benefit of the security strategy and financial commitment made by the client.
We will design and implement workshops and seminars that result in demonstrable behavior changes as determined by the client’s wants, desires, value and solutions they expect thru sustainment and reinforcement support.
We will endeavor to create a collaborative business relationship in which the corporate security responsibility is shared with the client, skills are transferred and dependence is gradually diminished to the point of disengagement.
We will identify a prospect’s real needs, concerns and issues then offer customized solutions and plans that takes into consideration that all parties should have their profitability needs profitably met.
We will endeavor to identify vulnerabilities to the new business acquisition and mergers relative to personnel security, implement protective measures and / or recommend or deny involvement in the process based on specific findings and observations to protect the client from an imprudent decision.
