WHY ME?

I’ve been involved in workforce security, workplace violence and workplace violence prevention for over 30 years. I recognized my calling for this work while working as a U.S. Postal Inspector on a Workplace Violence Interdiction Team before starting my own successful consulting practice in 2002 following the tragedy of September 11, 2001 when I was offered a project by the Postal Service to look at workforce and workplace safety and security.
